Our staff are fully employed by Greystoke and have been working within the company for many years, five of which are family members. We only use subcontractors for NIC, EIC electrical works and gas safe installations.

Our Maintenance Services are carried out by fully trained operatives who have a good knowledge of all plumbing and electrical requirements as well as building and decorating skills.
We can attend sites for clients at planned intervals, equipped with the tools and materials and carry out the required tasks. This could include but of course not limited to, basic repairs, decorating, DIY work, changing light bulbs and fixing of basic plumbing or electrical faults.
